***There is a parent meeting on Thursday, December 6th poolside at 7:30pm. We will present the current budget and this is a good time to bring up any questions or concerns you may have.

Please note on the calendar that synchro is over for the year on the 11th due to the Creighton school concert being on the 13th. On the 11th all the girls please be there for 6:30 for a Christmas party that will end at 8pm.

You will see there is a mandatory clinic for the girls and coaches on the weekend of the 26, 27, 28th. This is a fabulous learning opportunity for the girls to have time with a synchro coach coming in from Winnipeg.

Please note the final planning for this clinic is still in the works, and once the final times your girls have to be at the pool are decided I will send out that information to you.

Welcome back!

This Tuesday, September 18th at 6:30pm is the first day of synchro. Please fill out the registration form attached and have your cheque or cheques ready in order to speed up registration.

We will also have the supplies out from the locker available for purchase if you want to “stock up” for the year.

 

 

We are currently reviewing the upcoming year. In order to proceed with our budget to present to you, please let us know by September 10th whether or not your child is returning to synchro for the 2012/2013 year.

***We are planning a parent meeting where we need to have the budget (which will determine registration costs) and by laws approved by you the parents for the upcoming year, this meeting is set for Tuesday September 11th, 7pm at 381 Princess Blvd (in garage). (Please bring a lawn chair if you can.)***

***First day of synchro and registration will be Tuesday September 18th at 6:30pm for all members.***

Please keep in mind we need a couple of executive positions filled: fundraising coordinator and equipment manager.

Just a quick reminder, ALL girls will be practicing this Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-8:30 and no parents are allowed on deck for these practices. finalize things before the Crocus challenge. Meeting is at the aqua center.

Saturday swimming

This year 9 of the older girls will be performing a group routine at the watershow in Flin Flon. There will be 7 practices on Sat from 4:00-5:30 spread out from now till May.
When making the schedule I tried to factored in Feb break and spring break so there is really no room to move dates around.
Since there are only 7 practices all 9 girls must be there so parents please make sure your girls attend these.
There will be 7 classes at 1 ½ hr as per scheduled below.
