Crocus Challenge Schedule

 

 

April 12, Friday (night)

 

4:00pm – be in Winnipeg

4:30 - all meet in the lobby of hotel, leave for the pan am pool

5:00 - 6:00 - clinic/rehearsal at Pan Am pool

 

 

April 13, Saturday (all day)

 

6:00am - girls need to be up and fed

6:30 - 8:00 - hair and head pieces

8:15 – leave for the Pan Am pool

8:30 – arrive at Pan Am pool

9:00 – Challenge begins!

Approx 1:00 – girls are free to stay and watch other synchro groups

6:30 - 10:00 - Celebration show (team supper)

Quarters for lockers                 clean flip flops for deck (with names on them!)

Accordion clips for hair            knox gelatin (by in jello aisle)

4 towels                                      basting brush for hair

Black and routine swimsuits   head piece (coaches will bring for you)

Bobby pins (lots)                       2 pairs of nose plugs

Hair elastics                                water proof mascara 

Blow dryer (for cool setting)    yellow team cap
